Data Collected
WizeTrip collects the following data :
• Identity and contact details : first name, email, date of birth, place of residence
• App usage data : AI credits, generated itineraries, travel preferences, browsing
history.
• Payment data (only for WizeBox purchases via the future website): bank details and
postal address
• Connection and technical data : cookies, login identifiers
• Sensitive data : health, diet, accessibility – not collected

Purpose of Data Processing
Collected data is used to :
• Create and manage user accounts
• Generate and store personalized itineraries
• Provide download and printing services for the WizeBox
• Perform anonymized statistics to improve the application

Data Sharing and Recipients
• Data is hosted on servers located within the European Union via SupaBase.
• No sharing with commercial partners is currently performed.
• Service providers involved in development or hosting (Figma, SupaBase, Apple,
Google) have access to data only within the scope of their services and in compliance
with the GDPR.

Data Retention
• Inactive account data is retained for a maximum of 3 years after last use.
• Subscription and payment data are retained according to legal and fiscal obligations.
