Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) – WizeTrip
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the sale of services offered by WizeTrip
Corporate, sole proprietor, via the WizeTrip mobile application and website for the WizeBox.
They apply to any user purchasing a subscription or associated services.

Article 1 – Products and Services
WizeTrip currently offers a travel itinerary planning service generated through artificial
intelligence.
WizeTrip Passes are one-time payment plans granting access to different features of the application. Each subscription is entered into for the duration and under the conditions specified at the time of purchase.
10 credits = 1 itinerary
Credits don’t roll over. Your balance refreshes every month on your subscription anniversary date.
Unused credits will expire.

You can purchase extra credits at any time. They remain valid for the duration of your
subscription.
Complementary products – WizeBox
Coming soon, the WizeBox is a physical travel box sent to the user.
It will include:
● The printed itinerary,
● Goodies,
● Exclusive surprises.

Service and price changes
WizeTrip reserves the right to modify its products, services, subscription plans, and pricing conditions at any time.
Any changes will be published in the app and/or on the official website and will apply to new subscriptions made after such publication.
For existing subscribers, any substantial modification of services or pricing changes will be notified in writing (by email or app notification) at least 30 days before coming into effect.
In the event of disagreement, the user may terminate their subscription free of charge before the new conditions apply. Failing termination within this period, the new conditions will be deemed accepted and automatically applied to the ongoing subscription.

Article 2 – Price and Payment
Premium subscriptions and additional credits are payable exclusively via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and processed as a one-time payment.
Payments are made according to the terms and conditions of these platforms, including the automatic renewal of subscriptions on their anniversary date.
WizeTrip does not store banking data and cannot intervene in the payment process.
Prices include all applicable taxes (VAT and any other fees).

Article 3 – Delivery and Access
● Access to digital services (subscriptions and credits) is immediate after payment via
the respective platform.
● Delivery of the physical WizeBox is specified on the website and subject to logistical conditions.

Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, a 14-day withdrawal right applies to unused services.
However, if the user begins using the app immediately after purchase (generating itineraries, consuming credits), the right of withdrawal is excluded for these digital services.
For physical products (WizeBox), the withdrawal right applies according to current regulations.
Article 5 – Termination and Subscription
The user may cancel their subscription at any time according to the procedures set out by Apple or Google.
Ongoing subscriptions will not be refunded for the period already consumed.

Article 6 – Liability
Access to and use of WizeTrip services are reserved for adults with full legal capacity.
WizeTrip provides its services based on:
● The information provided by the user,
● The results generated by its artificial intelligence algorithms.
The user remains solely responsible for how itineraries and information are used. It is their responsibility to verify the accuracy, relevance, and updates of this information before traveling.
WizeTrip shall not be held liable for indirect damages, financial losses, commercial harm, or any other damage resulting from the use of generated itineraries.

Article 7 – Intellectual Property
The application code, visuals, texts, and generated content are protected by copyright.
The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive right of use.
The WizeTrip trademark is registered with the INPI.
Article 8 – Disputes and Governing Law
These TCS are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aix-en-Provence or Paris, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
