2. Hosting

• Website and application : hosted via WordPress.com, operated by Automattic Inc., 60
29th Street #343, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA.
• Personal data and databases : hosted on secure servers via Supabase. Whenever
possible, hosting is performed within Europe.
WizeTrip ensures that its hosting providers comply with the GDPR and provide an adequate level
of protection in case of transfers outside the European Union.

3. Intellectual Property

All components of the WizeTrip application and website (name, logo, source code, design,
content, generated itineraries, visuals, texts, databases, etc.) are protected under the French
Intellectual Property Code.
• Any reproduction, representation, modification, distribution, or exploitation, in whole or
in part, without prior written authorization from the publisher is prohibited.
• Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the application and its services.
• The WizeTrip trademark is registered with the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial
Property).

4. Liability

The publisher implements all reasonable measures to ensure access, security, and proper
functioning of the application and website.
Limitations of liability :
• Users acknowledge that they use the application and website at their own risk.
• The publisher shall not be held liable for :
o Service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure ;
o Damages resulting from non-compliant use by the user ;
o Temporary unavailability due to communication networks or third-party
providers.
The publisher remains legally obligated to comply with its duties, including personal data
protection (GDPR).

5. Personal Data

The publisher undertakes to process personal data collected via the application and website in
compliance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.

itineraries, travel preferences, usage history.
• User rights : access, rectification, objection, deletion, and data portability (Articles 12
23 GDPR).

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
